Am I able to receive VA Compensation and Pension (VA C&P) while working my current job?
Yes. VA C&P DOES NOT restrict the amount of income you receive- even if you are compensated at the 100% rate.
How long will my case take to process?
TVS will fight for you at all costs and await the VA to do their job. If you have a claim and the case is denied, we will appeal. If your appeal is denied, we'll take your claim to the Board of Veteran Affairs. You will be retroactively paid to the day that TVS files your claim.
We will not give up on you or your case!
Am I able to go my nearest VA for Healthcare?
We will work to obtain VA Healthcare access as quickly as possible. If you are a service-connected veteran, you will qualify!
Are my dependents eligible for VA Healthcare?
When the service-connected veteran is at 100% Permanent and Total (P&T), all dependents will be eligible for VA Healthcare, education benefits and more!
Am I eligible for college courses covered by the VA?
Yes. As a disabled veteran, we can help you secure your college education benefits. There are several options to choose from. Contact us for more!
Is TVS affiliated with the VA?
No. TVS DOES NOT use VA accreditation and DOES NOT work directly with the VA. We are family-owned and comprised of US military Veterans. We are Spiritually-Based, Non-Profit, and will provide references upon request.
